    However, there have been estimations fixing the value from $2,800 to $3,200. There has also been an estimate of the average price of $2,700 onwards. At these prices, it could be considered a bargain, given the location, amenities, and comforts. However, there have also been higher estimates hovering between. It should be noted that there are limited new projects in the Core Central Region, with building concentration in the Outside Central Region (OCR).
